Canoe overnight camp-out during Perseid Meteor Shower
This event is full - now taking waitlist Eco-A partners with the South River Watershed Alliance, on this canoe paddle and overnight camp-out on Georgia's Ocmulgee/Altamaha River -- during the Perseid Meteor shower! Kittredge Park is adjacent, and serves as entrance, to the Ellwyn John Wildlife Sanctuary, where a series of trails, connect both properties in the North Druid Hills/Briarcliff/Merry Hills neighborhood, not far from Toco Hills. This greenspace hosts an interesting mix of highly impacted but recovering landscape as well as a remnant of the original forest of our region.
