Boulders at Boat Rock

Many of Atlanta area’s premier greenspaces are located on Atlanta’s westside. Why? One reason is because areas with boulders and rock outcrops in the past were not the best locations for farming or building, so these areas often remained as woodlands. Grove Park Proctor Creek Stewardship Walk

We invite Eco-A volunteers, neighbors and friends of Grove Park to participate in the continued restoration efforts of this special and unique remnant old-growth forest. We'll focus on removing invasive species carefully from this high-value forest. Sawnee Mountain Preserve
