Our Greenspace Restoration Corps helps provide green jobs in metro-Atlanta!

• Our 10-month, 12-class program is carefully designed to quickly prepare trainees, even those with little or no background in ecology, to understand our native ecosystems and how to restore them safely. Our graduates are qualified to work for good wages on both public and private properties to remove invasive species and restore native habitat from greenspaces to backyards — without using toxic chemical sprays.
• Our trainees will become experts on greenspaces and natural areas, able to plan and lead ecologically safe and cost-effective volunteer events for parks and neighborhood groups.
• We are excited to offer our 2nd year Greenspace Restoration Corps training and certification program with support from the Georgia Forestry Commission and the US Forest Service as part of the Trees Across Georgia grant opportunity.
