Greenspace Restoration Corps provides greenspace education and green jobs in metro-Atlanta!

Apply now, classes begin March 2026!

•  Our 10-month, 12-class program is carefully designed     to quickly prepare trainees, even those with little or no background in ecology, to understand our native eco-systems and how to restore them safely in parks, greenspaces, and even backyards.

• Our graduates are qualified to work constructively with parks and greenspace managers, lead volunteers for neighborhood groups, and work for good wages on both public and private properties to remove invasive species and restore native habitat — without using toxic chemical sprays.

• Classes and volunteer events are 3-hr sessions taking place approximately twice per month on weekends.

• We are excited to offer our third year of Greenspace Restoration Corps training and certification program with support from the Georgia Forestry Commission and US Forest Service as part of the Trees Across Georgia grant opportunity.
