SUMMARY:OAC Forest - Nature Photography Walk
DESCRIPTION:OAC Forest\nNature Photography Walk\nThe Outdoor Activities Center (OAC)\, is well known as a Nature learning center\, with native plants & sustainable food plant installations. It also hosts a walking trail in a beautiful woodland including about 10 acres of old growth forest. We’ll walk a 1 mile loop trail where we’ll find much to photograph including old growth sweetgum\, white oak and some quite spectacular beech trees – one of Atlanta’s “hidden gems.” Includes pointers for taking great nature photographs by Kathryn Kolb. \nThis walk is offered in partnership with the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance\, Park Pride\, and made possible in part by the City of Atlanta. \nFor more details and to Register click HERE\n \n \nTulip Tree\, photograph by Kathryn Kolb\n
