SUMMARY:Grove Park Stewardship
DESCRIPTION:We invite Eco-A volunteers and neighbors and friends of Grove Park to participate in the continued restoration efforts of this special and unique remnant old-growth forest. \nWe’ll focus on removing light runners of English ivy from a sensitive slope. Master Naturalist Kathryn Kolb will show how to recognize high value forest areas and we’ll end with a short walk to a beautiful section of Proctor Creek.  \nWe’ll walk approximately 1-1.5 miles on natural trails along with some off-trail locations. Please wear long sleeves\, long pants\, closed toed-shoes\, and work gloves are recommended.
