DESCRIPTION:        Jessica Muhammad\, certified Shin Rin Yoku (Forest Bathing) guide.  \nThis walk will be rescheduled\, contact us for questions.\nEco-A is delighted to partner again with the co-founder of our walks and outings program – Jessica Muhammad. \nJessica is a certified guide in the Japanese traditional practice of Shin rin yoku\, or  “forest bathing\,” which blends meditative and sensory experiences in natural places. Join us for this special walk in our Stewardship series with the Friends of Lionel Hampton-Beecher Hills Park.\nWe’ll walk short distances\, stopping to engage the forest and our awareness at various locations. Even if you’ve walked the same trail many times\, you’ll always take away something new — and make new friends — on a forest bathing walk.
