SUMMARY:Adams Park - Naturalist & Photography Walk
DESCRIPTION:Adams Park\nSat March 19\, 10:00AM – noon\n\nAdams Park\, the namesake of one of Atlanta’s beautiful older neighborhoods as well as its signature park\, is found in Atlanta’s Southwest quadrant\, not far from Cascade Springs Nature Preserve. In addition to recreational facilities\, Adams Park holds the headwaters of one of Utoy Creek’s tributary streams and a maturing forest and small lake sets the tone of a quiet a quiet oasis.  We’ll take a tour of the park and look for signs of spring popping out by mid-March. It’s possible we could see a few early migrant songbirds as well.\n \n\n“Our favorite thing about the Adams Park neighborhood is the awesome beauty of its acres of mature trees\,” says Trees Alive Adams Park founder and director Corliss Claire.
