The Boat Rock Legacy Garden, in partnership with the Native Plant Botanical Garden at Georgia Perimeter College, proposes to install or restore native plant meadows and plant communities of complex diversity in the Atlanta Metro area.

We cannot reconstruct the entire ecosystem that once existed in the Atlanta Metro area since ecosystems take untold time to unfold and develop. However, with research and perseverance we can restore part of Atlanta’s environmental heritage.
